Fill out my contact form with your wedding date, location, and a few details about your day. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours to let you know if I’m available.
2) Connect
We’ll hop on a quick call (or meet for coffee!) to chat about your vision, answer questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
3) Book
To secure your date, all that’s needed is a signed contract and a retainer. Once that’s in, your day is officially reserved!
4) Celebrate
The fun begins! We’ll plan out your timeline together, capture your wedding day beautifully, and deliver a gallery full of memories you’ll cherish forever.

How long until we receive our gallery?
You’ll receive sneak peeks within 24 to 48 hours of your wedding day so you can relive the magic right away! Full wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks, carefully edited and ready for download, sharing, and printing
Can we request specific shots or share a Pinterest board?
Absolutely! I love seeing your vision.You’re welcome to share a Pinterest board and let me know of any must-have moments!
Do we own the rights to our photos?
Yes! You’ll receive full personal usage rights, meaning you can print, share, and post your images however you’d like. Full details are always outlined in your contract.
Do you travel?
Yes! I photograph weddings throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
Travel is included within the New River Valley, VA and the Raleigh–Research Triangle, NC areas. For weddings located 50+ miles outside of these regions, a travel fee of $0.85 per mile (round trip) applies.
If overnight accommodations are required, those details will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
For full-day weddings, I typically recommend 8–12 hours of coverage, depending on your day and priorities.
8 hours is perfect for covering the main events of your wedding day — getting ready, first looks, ceremony, portraits, and part of your reception. It gives plenty of coverage for the key moments, but it doesn’t always include the grand exit. This is ideal if you’re looking for a more concise package that still captures the heart of your day.
10 hours is often my sweet spot for most couples. This usually covers your day from getting ready through the grand exit, giving us extra flexibility for extended portraits, family photos, and those spontaneous, emotional moments that can’t be planned. It ensures you don’t feel rushed and that every detail and memory is beautifully captured.
12 hours is perfect for couples who want full, start-to-finish coverage, including early morning preparations, ceremony, portraits, reception, and a late-night celebration. This gives ultimate flexibility, especially if you have a long travel time, multiple locations, or a reception with extended events like dancing, toasts, and late-night fun.
Do you require a deposit, and when is the balance due?
Yes—a $500 deposit is required to secure your date for any package. The remaining balance is due on or before your wedding day. You’ll receive invoices through Pixieset Payments, which lets you pay easily by card, but I also happily accept check, cash, or Zelle if that’s more convenient. This way, everything is simple and straightforward, so you can focus on enjoying your wedding day without worry.
